Dumb and Dumber: The Right to Disconnect Bill

California is doing what we seem to do best in this country – make a law to try and overcome the lack of common sense and the lack of good people. The state legislature is voting on a Right to Disconnect bill, that essentially will make it legal for employees to ignore communications from the employer during non-office hours.
This is a classic case of Dumb and Dumber.
