Most of these posts are about something a company did wrong – sometimes horribly wrong. Sad to say, finding horrible mistakes by organizations is easy. The reality is that there are many good organizations doing amazing things. Innovative, worker-friendly things and I should highlight them as well.
With that, let me introduce the VW plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This article shows many of the good things they are doing for the workers. You should read the article to learn what they are doing, but I want to spend some time highlighting the way they are doing it and showing how you as a manager can do this as well.
