On this day in 1912, the Titanic set sail to what we now know was not a successful voyage - unless you consider a blockbuster movie almost 100 years later part of the success.

They asked a question in a new way - “how do we wrap the work around the employee, not the employer”.
How they handle scheduling issues - if there is a gap, the supervisor works it out with the employees.
