It is also a great time to start talking about holiday schedules to make sure you have everything covered. The next 3 months can be incredibly stressful - plan ahead and help your team.
REMINDER:
I have my Reduce Stress for Managers class in Oct (I’ve also got one scheduled for Nov). These will be amazing as you prep for next year. Sign up today.
1 Big Thing
Are you a good enough employee
The Bloomberg article explores the increasing use of peer feedback and collaborative evaluations in assessing employee performance. It highlights that traditional top-down performance reviews are being supplemented or replaced by team-based assessments to provide a more comprehensive view of an employee's contribution. This shift aims to create a fairer and more balanced evaluation process, emphasizing collaboration and team dynamics over individual achievements. As companies adopt these methods, employees may need to focus more on team relationships and peer impressions to be seen as "good employees."
