I’ve been reading about an interesting concept of the relationship between employee and employer. I first read about it here, but have seen it mentioned in several different places and each time it strikes me as odd. If you believe these articles, then the entire relationship between employees and employers is based on who has the most leverage at any given time.
Let me stipulate that I believe this to be true. In fact, I think the majority of professionals out there would agree with me.
So why do I think it is odd? It is never spoken like that in the organization.
