My Suggestions on Using AI
Lessons Learned from the Prompting Trenches
You most likely are inundated with stories about AI. Most of them are the same and most say absolutely nothing interesting or real. I have decided to enter more of my thoughts into this pantheon of non-thought. Lucky you!
For the record, here is my stance on AI in the workplace.
From a technology standpoint, it has a ton of potential, but very few real use cases right now.
From a business standpoint, it concerns the heck out of me because there is no viable business model right now (just people who are lying about the business potential – think WeWork on steroids, and that didn’t end well).
As it grows and if it improves, it will radically change the way we work and businesses won’t adjust to it. Meaning the workplace will become worse.
