I've started to put more things behind the paywall in the Resources section. Paid members can see the things I've added here. I have a schedule to continue to add scorecards and other helpful resources over the coming months. I'm particularly excited about the scorecards because they will enable you to objectively measure yourself and see all the things you are doing well as well as give you some suggestions on things to improve.
This is in addition to the Friday "In The News" post that will continue.
Also, in a few weeks I will be announcing a Great Manager Training Program where I will be doing Zoom sessions to teach all the behaviors needed to be a great manager. While details are still being worked out (including pricing), I am going to offer annual paid members a 40% discount. While pricing for the course hasn't been finalized, this discount will save you hundreds of dollars on the course for being a subscriber (a mere $50 a year)!
