The best coaches don't tell people things, they ask questions. That's the big difference between feedback and coaching. Feedback is I'm telling you what I've observed and letting you make a decision; coaching is I'm asking you questions I'm trying to guide you to not only finding an answer, but also trying to help you learn the process and gain some experience and do some deeper reflection.
