A recent Inc. article highlights the backlash Y Combinator is facing for backing a startup called Flock Safety, which has developed surveillance tools that track factory workers' productivity. The company uses AI-powered cameras to monitor workers’ movements and behaviors on the job. The goal? Identify “inefficiencies” in how people perform tasks and use that data to improve productivity.

It is one thing to use software to track employees. What stunned me was the YouTube video they put out to demonstrate how the software works. I encourage you to watch it.
