Why subscribe?

Managing people is hard. It is also the most important role in the organization. Studies show that the manager is up 70% of the reason an employee is engaged, productive, and stays in the role.

Unfortunately, most organizations don’t provide quality training for managers (if they provide training at all). To be great, managers have to learn on their own. That is the goal of this community - to give you the information that enables you to be great.

Subscription Levels

There are two different subscription levels.

  • Free - subscribers at this level get 2 things each week: A post where I share the actions and processes of being a great manager and a newsletter where I share content from other experts.

  • Paid - subscribers at this level get the same things as the Free level, but also get a weekly post that I call “The Case Study” where I look at a real world situation and discuss how it impacts a manager and how managers should handle this. I will also add occasional posts on topics that interest me. As we grow the community, I will be adding new offerings for this level like webinars and resources. The cost for the paid subscription is $5/month or $50/year.
